PRODUCTS: Affiliated Steam & Hot Water will make technical information, data sheets and support personnel available to assist in advising appropriate product choices but product sizing and selection for customer specific applications is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Photos displayed are a general indication of product offered and may not reflect the actual item and/or parts included.

PRICING:  Prices shown are subject to change and are valid based upon date purchased.  Quote requests can be submitted for non-standard products or products not displayed on this site.  Quotes are subject to acceptance within 30 days from date of quotation and only if released for immediate shipment within 3 months from date of purchase order.  If release for immediate shipment is made after 3 months from date of order, prices will be those in effect at time of shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Every effort will be made to adhere to promised and advertised delivery dates.  However, Affiliated Steam & Hot Water cannot be held liable for losses incurred through delays.  Additional requirements from those shown and/or changes in specifications could alter delivery dates.  We reserve the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise stipulated by purchaser.  Some non-stock items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Fees associated with incorrect shipping address information, including address type, incomplete zip codes, special transport requirements etc. will be passed along to the customer.  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water will ship via Best Way per our evaluation, and we do not ship outside of the United States.

INSTALLATION:  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water hereby disclaims all liability for, and is not responsible or liable for, any damages or costs that may result from improper installation of its products.  Is is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that that product is installed properly and in accordance with all instructions.  This responsibility is retained even though the product may be resold for installation by some party other than the buyer.  The buyer will be liable to Affiliated Steam & Hot Water for all damages and costs including attorney's fees that result from improper installation, regardless of who actually performed the installation.

CANCELLATION:  Cancellation of an accepted order by the purchaser is made only with Affiliated Steam & Hot Water's consent.  Finished items of a standard, catalogued nature cancelled by the purchaser may be subject to a restocking fee.  Finished and in-process special parts and/or non-standard catalog items will be billed to the total extent of labor and material costs at the time of cancellation.

WARRANTY:  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the service for which they are intended for a period of one year from date of shipment per the product manufacturer's warranty liability.  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water will forward the goods to the manufacturer for inspection and determination of warranty replacement approval.  The obligation of Affiliated Steam & Hot Water under this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of defective parts excluding any labor charges or at the option of Affiliated Steam & Hot Water to the refund of the purchase price.  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water assumes no obligation for incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred.

PAYMENT:  Customers purchasing on a pre-approved line of credit are subject to Affiliated Steam & Hot Water's terms of Net 30 days from date of invoice.  Invoices are mailed or emailed to the contact on file.  Payment can be submitted against invoices via check, credit card or EDI.  Additional terms of payment may be communicated to you via our site or personnel and are hereby incorporated into this agreement.  All prices are U.S. dollars denominations.

FINANCE CHARGE:  A late payment finance charge computed at 1-1/2% per month, 18% annual percentage rate will be added to past due amounts.  This charge is assessed when a portion of the account balance becomes 30 days past due and continues each month until payment of the past due amount is received.

RETURNS:  Affiliated Steam & Hot Water will accept returns up to 120 days after date of invoice.  All returned items must be unused in original packaging and in resellable condition.  Restocking fees may apply and customer will be advised at time of return request approval.  Customer must request return authorization via:  RMA Request .  Items should only be returned upon receipt of an authorized RMA# and document.  Used and/or installed items cannot be returned unless covered by warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  The sole and exclusive remedy against Affiliated Steam & Hot Water in tort, contract or otherwise for any acts or omissions relating to this proposal or the equipment to be furnished is expressly limited to the equipment to be furnished.
